PayPal Savings Account Question
 

Successfully opened a new PayPal account & over the weekend verified through husband's bank account #.

Problem 1 - the email associated with that paypal account got suspended on Ebay. Can I just add a new email to that paypal account & drop the email address that is linked to username on Ebay that got suspended?

And

Question - Can I change bank accounts on this paypal account. I would prefer to use my own account which is a savings account. Don't want to send red flags to PayPal.

Simple answer, No and No.

Open a new Paypal account, you can't use it with eBay again.

I agree about updating it aspkin..ive tried to correct this for people..but they say its in the guide so they think they should be fine..

I personally think it's risky to use this account with future ebay accounts, if it's been linked with a suspended ebay email. They will surely link the two together.

If I were you, I would start fresh.

Thanks for the suggestions. I suppose I was wishing that you guys would say it would be ok to keep the paypal account that has already been verified. I groan on the thought of opening yet another bank account for paypal. At this point, I should probably just close-out the paypal account & start fresh.
