Default Paypal fee's on International sales

Looked at my acct and the % did not compute, now I have learned paypal charges 3.9% on Int'l sales, not the 2.9% for USA sales.

Just thought someone out there would like to know, who don't know

What really sucks is when foreign buyers use freight forwarders and pay with foreign PP. Not only do they stick you with the extra 1% but you can't even get it back from the P&P.
