eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - What can get you suspended from PayPal?

Bit of a daft question, of course there gonna Suspend you eventually if you don't pay there fees, are you gonna carry on working for someone if they refuse to pay you..?>

Even if they are low risk items, but a high dollar volume can't that get you limited by paypal if you don't have the ss number? That is my understanding.
