Making an account plainly for receiving and withdrawal.
 

Do you think it would get limited if it's not connected to e-bay? I might make one to receive money from a few different accounts and withdraw to a bank account. What do you think? Or if I hold onto the money for a while do you think they money might be at risk if I leave it there for a few months ($2,000-$3,000)?

Recipe for disaster - you are assuming that Paypal are a bunch of muppets - please believe me, they are not.

You will get away with it for a short time but it has no legs.

Ah ok. How do you think I should handle the money on multiple accounts then in the future? I would assume 3 to 5 different accounts sending payments to one account would be suspicious. I could mix up the types of payments but what do you do? Handing out my ssn to a few different banks isn't the first thing I want to do.

You need to speak to some of your countrymen on how to solve this. I can only tell you how Paypal will see it - and I can tell you they will not see it as you want them to.
