Has anyone tried Alterpay yet?

I opened a account but haven't used it yet, is there a way to use it with ebay?
I just read they have "chargeback prevention" if you have a secure account. That sounds good to me. ;)

I'm looking at a way to transfer money out of paypal.

No, alertpay is it's own stand alone platform.

I don't think it's accepted on ebay anyway.
