Paypal new 21 day hold ???
 

So I've been hearing and reading about this new 21 day hold paypal put back into place ... And my biggest concern is ... Will this effect transactions outside of eBay ??? Or is it like the previous 21 day holds they put into place, where as it only effects payments received from selling on eBay ? If anyone has any knowledge on this, please let me know. Thanks sooo much

Not sure about outside ebay, but I have not had many holds on my ebay transactions. Nothing has really changed in awhile.

No they will not limit the funds received outside of e*Bay. I've been limited for 3 months now on a legit account everything is verified. Have a DSR average of 4.8 an 53 positive feedback as a seller.

Its a pain in the ass waiting for it to get lifted.

I think that PP is just being more a lot more loose with putting 21-day holds on people... I still have accounts that haven't been slapped with it... *knocks on wood*

Have you been selling 100+ items right off the bat biggunn?

Those stats mean absolute nothing. It's the numbers of negs, low DSRs and open cases that count.

Started 2 accounts in June, 2 more this month with no holds. I must be doing something right. Just for kicks, I'm even using a proxy for one of the new accounts this month, we'll see what happens with that.
