i have an account with the 180 limit. The cash just got released.

Would it be safe if i send the money in this account (legit), to my stealth account, then send it to my bank from the stealth account?

And you can't do that anyway. You can only withdraw to a bank account. And as you have a US account you may also be able to request a check, however I'm not sure that you still can.
