Prepaid CC recognized by Paypal

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for prepaid credit card that is recognized by Paypal as a regular credit card. Essentially, I need the prepaid CC to be able to verify my account and if I get passed that obstacle will I be able withdraw paypal funds from an ATM with my prepaid card?
