March 14th came and went ...no funds held.
 
I sold a few items for $50-$80 on brand new accounts after on and March 14th, the day when PayPal was supposed to hold funds on new accounts with no feedback, etc. None of the funds are held, I just withdrew too without problems. Looks like it is really only for very high risk accounts.
