Hello, I have an eBay Stealth account (few days old)

Is it possible to use my old Paypal account (3-4 years old), used it for my old suspended ebay account

Would Paypal / eBay connect the dots if using an old paypal (Active) with a new stealth account using different name and adress

Quick question, I see sellers here offering supposedly fully verified Paypal with selling limits and withdraw limits removed, does this mean Paypal will not need to ask for my social security number?

Pa yp al can at any time ask for your ID info - a lot depends on how you operate and what you sell. That stuff is not really "taught" per say - that is learned through reading + experience.

Edit: As for your original q, yes you "could" but you would cause such a bad linkage - you won't get a penny for 180 days

Use the old, legit PP account on alternate e-commerce sites. Don't let it go to waste.
