Will paypal limit accounts so much, now the ebay payment holding has arrived?
 

Just wondering, as often paypal accounts get limited, and you are required to send tracking numbers for all your items.

Now, with the new ebay payment holding, they only release the funds when the buyer has received the item. So, maybe they will use this rather than limited accounts so easily, as they will know the seller has sent the item, and it's been received?

They will still limit accounts. And the payment hold doesn't seem so bad, none of my brand new accounts are affected.

I know they will still limit accounts...but I just thought that now they have another way of ensuring people have received their product, rather than limited and asking for postage proof, it may save some limitations.

I'm yet to try out my new ebay account...
