forgot DOB of eb,how to open a pp in this case?
i bought a eb buyer account from a seller here which is over 2 yr old. i'm going to register a pp for this eb account, just have no way to find out the DOB. the seller also has no idea about it. just wondering how to open up a pp in this case.
there are 2 options in my mind, not sure which one is better:
1.register pp with same info and make up a whatever DOB.
2. open a pp with same last name, but different first name, just like a husband pp account to link to this eb account.
not sure which one is better. can anybody help here please? thanks guys! |
