Paypal are strange, any inputs :)
 

Can you hep please, I get this message 2/4 times when i transfer money between paypal accounts, I use different ip`s and separate windows etc.

Why do i get this and it always gets refunded. is there a better way to transfer money between accounts. thanks.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is maybe to buy something from yourself - unfortunately there are the usual eb/pp fees involved so youu dont get all of the $.

Someone suggested to me the other day (before I got in my huff and puff!) that mayybe setup a pp payment link somewhere - at least that way no eb fees involved.

Were you using real addresses? that could have been the problem.

yes i use real address associated with the paypal address money goes into.

I think thats the problem. If your address you are using has been banned its no good using it again ever. I am suprised it worked 2/4 times even.

Lets see if others agree, and if so, you know what to do.

you can setup a store with drop in pp html buy buttons and buy something from you to you! lol

If the address on both paypal accounts ( sending and recieving ) isn't real sometimes you'll have payments reversed.

lol receiving pp accs are real including sending. I get addresses from "for sale" website :)
