Changes with vccs & paypal in USA

Problem, USA pp has problems now with normal vcc; usa pp will not authorize them.

they will work on other countries but not usa.

the only solution right now are : AVS vcc's. :clap:

As too not let the cat out of the bag please PM for infos when buying!

so AVS is the ONLY solution. the prob is that they cost more then reg. vcc. So be advised!
