Can you/should you start another PP withdrawal while a prior one is pending?

It's not an issue - provided there are no problems they clear in rotation - just happened to me - not going to discuss numbers on an open forum but they are starting to go through

Yes I have many pending during the week each week. Just as long as you follow what Granny says above.

I seem to get pending more and more - perhaps they are running out of ready cash

Some will tell you that there are no problems, however there are many factors that can come into play. Things like, the type of item you're selling.

Or the numbers of withdraws you take. Have you shipped your items already? Has it shown delivered on tracking, have you gotten your feedback? If it's yes to all those then you should be okay, if not I wouldn't risk it. Feel the drift?

Once item is delivered and you leave some cash in paypal I feel the risk is lower.

On weekends ill have more pending because of the delay. I will process 2 withdraw a day. Usually around the same time and near same amount. I will at any one moment have 4 pending transactions.

There is no definitive answer - as gorky so rightly says there are so many factors
