US prepaid card = bank account?

I checked carefully all similar threads, also check many bank websites, but unfortunately clearly answer didn't find....

Which one US Prepaid card will be used in Paypal as bank account with routing and account number to add it as bank account, to verify with deposits and use for withdrawn? It is real generally?

If it is something like " trading secrets" topic, then I am ready to discuss in PM :)

thats a good question about that card... I wouldnt mind having some for paypal and amazon purposes... does anyone know if they offer such cards?

Prepaid cards that also serve as "bank" for withdrawing all require SSN for registration in the US (@Ultimate)
