buyer filed Paypal Dispute on items held in UK customs

A little over a month ago, an old customer of mine bought a few branded items from me. All authentic with receipts. She paid me a total over $2000 via Paypal. I shipped the item promptly via USPS Priority mail. But the package has been stuck in the UK customs for at least 10 days. Last week, my customer contacted me and told me UK customs sent her a claim form. She thinks that she will be taxed heavily for the package. I told her either we can split the tax or she can refuse the package and have it sent back to me for a refund. She disappears for a few days, and opened a Paypal dispute today for Item Not Received. I printed the shipping label through Paypal, so they have the shipping information/tracking information already. What is my chance of winning the dispute? How should I go about this? BTW, the transaction was off ebay. Thanks for your help! :hail:

She should be 100% liable for all import duty costs which is currently 20% in the UK about $400.

You have to be careful, she could get her full refund via Paypal and then pay the import tax cost. And rip you off.
