I am so confused, have spent hours reading about merchant accounts.
 

As far as cost goes it seems CCNow is higher than PP. Is that correct? Do any of the other merchant accounts such as Propay or paymate give info to the bay?

Some have said they do some they say they don't.

I now have to give my EIN to PP and I guess upgrade to a business account but I already have a business account with PP using my EIN and that account has been suspended by bay so I am afraid they will tell them I am the same person and get me booted again. The addresses won't match on my ein number and current bay/pp address.

Should I just NOT give them my EIN number and open an online merchant account and just take pp off my items? I have over 400 items listed but I guess I can take pp off them.

Any advice? Believe me, I have done research on these boards but am still confused. :pry:

the fact that you gave them the same EIN no. means you will be booted again via linking.

paypal and ebay are one company, and while it takes them a little while to share information, it will happen.

Not only have you banned the EIN number, but you have banned the IP, the new address as well as a business account.

CCN ow takes a cut of 5% and does not share info with eb ay - folx who want to pay with their pp will see the info of ccn ow on your invoice.

Will that look suspicious to eb ay, that I am now taking off pp from my listings and using cc now? I see they charge a higher per transaction fee and higher % than pp but I guess it's better than not being able to sell at all.

Is it easy to do CCN ow? Should I use my real info on it and keep my stealth info on pp so I can still use them at the start of next year or will that raise red flags? Sorry if I am confusing anyone! You should be in my head! Do a lot use CCN ow?

Unless you are registered on eb ay as merchant, you will have to e-mail ppl directly and try to convince them to pay via ccn ow.

Moneyb ookers works - and you can auto-integrate it with eb ay - yes some ppl will complain saying why don't you accept pp? You will have to rebuttal a bit and maybe lose some sales =( But you need to register mb in the same info as your eb/pp

I have been on here for days now, and hours, scared about what to do! If I make over 20K/200transactions with mb will I be able to use my legit EIN number without them telling e ba y that the address and company doesn't match or maybe should I change the name on my EIN?
