Mass payments problem
 

Anyone else seen this when trying to make mass payments on PayPal "you are not allowed to make mass payment".

Has it been banned now, any inputs guys. thanks.

Yep, me too. Business account with positive balance and still get you are no allowed to make mass payment.
Tried to buy VBa from 2 different sellers here and neither can take paypal anymore.

How were the payments sent?

I have the same problem with a non-stealth account

same here, i open a dropship, and use mass payment for our transaction, and then they cant use mass payment for now.. little confused,,:D

did anyone ask when are they going to resume their mass payment service?

is it a temporary removal for maintenance?

Not looking good for mass pay lost 2 paypal accounts for paying suppliers using mass pay was told it was not supposed to be used for paying supplier
can not appeal both accounts

received this about 5 minutes ago on 3rd account

Merchant Monitoring Group, on transactions via your account dealing with Mass Pay. It has been identified that you are using mass payments in order to receive the payment from individuals for a service/item rather than being paid out in a group. This means that Mass Pay shouldn’t be used for sending money to suppliers even if it is an offline payment your account has been limited please respond.
Failure to do so will result in further action against you account. We do need a response from you within 5 business days confirming that you will no longer accept mass payments, in the event that you do these must be refunded. If you do not agree or do not respond your relationship with PayPal will be terminated."

This is getting very serious and problematic.. do not use mass payment anymore

it says the same thing on me it said im not allowe tosend mass payment

I have just done a masspayment (stealth account).

The funds are in hold and the receiver´s account is limited. The stealth account is 'ok' though.

I have this feeling that "masspayment" nowadays is just a boobytrap.

Darn. Without masspayment fees I pay get extremely high, it destroys everything.

I was going to make a masspayment today and got the following display:

“We’re sorry, but your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager.”

My face became pale with anger , hate and I said to myself:

I received that message on one of my main PayPal account a few months ago - I called PayPal and asked them what's going on.

I received a much more helpful reply:

They said you have to ask to activate MassPay from now on. I asked and a few days later I was able to send out mass payments...

BTW, none of my stealth PayPal accounts have MassPay activated on them.

hm, I guess I will phone them but I have an issue:

Do they track your telephone number when you call them? do they track to see if it matches your account telephone number?

Without masspayment my business is lost.
