Unauthorized Payment
If I got scammed out of $100 by a money exchanger is it a bad idea to do an Unauthorized Payment thing from my PP account? This is my main account and it is 6+ years old and has a very good history.
Do you think they will close my account if I use this option? I don't want to file a simple dispute because it was a money exchange transaction which obviously is against PP TOS and the scammer knows this that's why he is using this leverage against me.
When I sent this exchanger the payment I used my regular computer with my regular IP so is there a chance for me to get my money back?
