i have few question about VCC,i saw buy sell marketplace there have Paypal VCC.

how to use Paypal VCC ?

why people want to buy virtual credit card for paypal ?
(paypal is not just add your personal name account + put 2 small amounts to confirm the account only ?)

VCCs can be offered cheaper then you going out and getting the gift cards on your own most of the time, till you get very experienced and get this process more down pat. This is one step closer to removing your limits. You then add your own bank account. Make sure you open the bank account in all your real info not the stealth info. remember pay pal cant see your personal info on the bank account. hope this helps
