Pay Pal Limited confirm address new method
 

I have pictures of this situation with pay pal. Luckily this account is in my name and all is real info,, so i will make it through this verification process. I used green dot as my banking method and got a vcc through them also. Everything checked out and my limits where lifted(for about a hr till i got limited). I used google voice phone forwarding, and this might be why i got limited till i verify my address. I use a vpn service that gives you a new Ip every time i log on too. This may be a normal process for new accounts? But here are some pics. Hope this helps some others and i hope some people can give me some much needed guided advice, so i can avoid this with my stealth accounts.

Good post - rough steps but which this is a process, it's a bit heavy - could be a combo of the vcc used and VPN.

The thing is about the vpn service i have its placing my IP around my address, like im using dial up. I just hope the VPN doesn't raise the red flags iv'e tried the First Option – Changing Your Router Mac Address. Which wont work for my style modem it will not let me change my wan mac address. I cant use the Second Option – Router Swap. Because my modem is a router built in one with wireless. Direct connection is harder for me cause i have a mac book pro so the book doesn't give me the steps. I might just go with Juno or Netzero.

You might want to remove that 3rb picture with your address. This place is full of ebay/paypal spies.

OP: I removed your sensitive info from the images.
I don't think it's a good idea to share that anywhere.

So go ahead and just censor out your name & address info then repost the images.

Like rsot mentioned it's most probably your VPN which is causing the Red Flags. You are not the only one using their services, and at some point your NEW IP matched with a banned IP on the Paypal system. Thus the Red Flag and the limitation.

In any case it's always best to have a fully verified account especially if it's under your real information.
