Delayed payments
 

I have called eb ay an hour ago to confirm some information.
While waiting, I've heard a pre-recorded message that said they currently have problems with Pay Pal payments causing delays.
Is this "problem" relevant to me as a seller?
PayPal have never held the payments I receive.

Others members can correct me if I am wrong.....but anytime ebay gives you a call and you dont answer they will always leave some sort of email message in your official ebay inbox. Same goes for emails....if you get an email from ebay in your personal email but not your ebay email inbox, then it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or some type of scam to acquire your personal information.
