I have been having problems since last night with the instant verify on paypal, is anyone else having problems? I am getting the 2-3 day deposit message.

lol, just tried to do my last VBA and i got the weirdest message. I recently installed a fresh windows 7 on a spare laptop i had to see if it was some add-on or software triggering the 2-3 day verification, but no, it didn't work again. Cleared all the cookies using FlashCookieCleaner and ccCleaner... New windows installed and fresh windows user. WTH is happening?? any input? i never had this happen to me before, i have made well over 200 accounts and never had this happen to me with 5 in a row! this sucks...

any ideas or input will be appreciated. Ohh, and the IP's i get are completly different from the previous one every time i disconnect the modem.. example of IP's:

70.X37.91.XX
64.1X9.XXX.218

This starting to get to me. Do you guys think that since the VBA provider always gets account numbers in sequence PP blocks the new VBA's? The seller which is an awesome dude and i totally respect says he created some accounts in the morning without any problems at all. Could it possibly be that the zip code where the VBA account is located is not matching up with the zip code from the PP account i made? i know that Bank accounts don't use AVS so it can't be but what if?

I am currently uploading the video i took of me creating the PP account and trying to verify it and the message i got, its 600+mb so its taking forever to upload on youtube but i will post the link as soon as its finished uploading.

Compress the video/downgrade the quality instead of uploading a raw capture.

are you sure that the address and the name are matching?

Is that your email address in the pic? If it is the same one you are using for pp/eb, then you should edit it out from prying eyes.

The names don't need to match on the VBA since its not a VCC. VBA and or Bank accounts don't give away your name. I did not create a eBay account either.

The account is trashed either way that's why i put the pic without censoring it.

sometimes it's just a Pp glitch, refresh and wait. and refresh again.

EGYfromhell, You are wrong. Like Ultimate and RedDevild said, PP can NOT see your address on your bank account.....

I did not say pp can see the the address in the bank, I TALKING ABOUT THE ADDRESS THAT HE REGISTERED IN HIS PP..woffff

what bank are u useing etrade? or something else to do instant verfiy?

this just happend to me aswell, using suntrust i thought this was normal imo.

I was using the VBA from 123 etrade.. I bought from another seller and it worked fine.

Yeah instant verification is working again, was not working for a couple days. Happens sometimes.
