Hi There: paypal question

I'm currently in good standing with ebay but I'm interested in how certain aspects of PayPal work.

i.e. I've been having trouble adding a Vanilla Visa GC to the account.

Welcome to the forum. Either read around the forums +/- read the Stealth guide for its simplicity.

No one is really going to explain "generally" how pa yp al works - ha - read and ask focused questions.
