Item is probably lost in the mail?
 

Ok heres the deal. I sold an item about 3 weeks ago. I sent it through the paypal/ebay shipping service USPS mail. The adress was verified through paypal. Well the buyer just sent me the "where is my item email" I checked the tracking and it said his adress was undeliverable. Problem is the item is getting returned to is stealth and doesn't even exsist so it isn't going to get returned. I think I know the answer to this but should I just assume paypal is going to take the money.

Looks kind of bad - you could prob push that his address is undeliverable and pp might flag his account for fixing but then you might be held liable to ship again.

When I print the paypal label and apply it to the package, I always paste over the stealth return address with my real address just for this reason. You may be able to go to the stealth address and ask the people there if they received the package, and explain there was a mixup. Perhaps they will give it back to you. If they returnrd it to the PO, your out of luck.

Your probably gonna have to resend, or offer a refund. I dont see any way around this snafu.
