Japanese bank account, Us Ip?

What would happen if I made a Japanese Paypal Account, put my japanese bank account (legit), but used it from the U.S? Using my U.S Bank Account isn't really a option due to many reasons.

Would they limit me because of the ip?

Knowing PP I believe that they would - unless 1) you ring them up and discuss but have docs ready or 2) do a remote log-in

I've done it and it worked for several years. Even does today. The issue is not the IP address itself, but the changing locations. If you always login from the same location, there should be no problem, but if you suddenly login from a different country, that would get you limited.
