Can someone please explain this to me
 

Ok so this is one of many transactions that this is happening to. As of right now pp has like $500 of my money on hold. That is about 10 different transactions. With each transaction this happens. Here is an example.

I sold an item for $60.00 With the pp fee deduction the final amount is $57.95. As you see it on september 7 it is put on hold. Then the same day the $57.95 is released. Then.... the same day.... the payment is put on hold. BUT.... this time the same payment put on hold is $55.18. Where the hell is my $2.77?????:mad2:

They steal it from you slowly

Has this been happening to anyone with the 21 day holds on their account? I have absolutely NO IDEA why this is happening.

Ok so i just logged into my other stealth account. I sell the same things on both accounts. And it is happening to my second account also. What i have noticed is that when i ship internationally it does not charge me the $2.77. Also what i have noticed is that when i do not print labels with pp it does not charge me. Now.... it is a little weird because i always print my labels with pp. And when i do print them my total is always $2.77. And i pay that amount with the money already on my pp account. Which is available to me. Not with the money that is on hold. And as you see i am being charged $2.77 on every transaction. Are they charging me double for shipping? It seems like they are taking the shipping money out of the item cost. And i end up paying twice for shipping. Or is this just a sneaky way to steal money from me......

Give them a call and be polite. Ask them why are you getting double charges. I think they must be making a mess with those transactions. Holding them (charging you), releasing the funds, holding it again (more charge) seems they are messing up. I think you can easily resolve this by talking to them. That would be my advise because this is not usual.

Ok so if anyone is having the same issue which im pretty sure you should. Here it is. PP holds your money including the shipping cost. Don't ask me why but they do. There is a bunch of threads on this on eb*y/pp forums. Once payment is released the shipping cost is also released to your account.
