Paypal Limited Access - Appeal Denied
 

My paypal personal account is limited and appeal is denied. I was wondering if i could open a premier/business account when my personal account is limited? Has anyone try it or knows about it? Cause i know that paypal allows 2 accounts open..

No, your info is blackballed. Any account you open with that info will eventually be linked to your suspended account.
Best to start off with all new info on a stealth account.

You know .. PayPal limited my account because I got suspended from eBay . Well that's what they said .
I thought they have to act as individual companies !!!??? How can they do that ?
