Paypal payment limitation
 

Hello Guys,

I am creating a stealth paypal account

and making credit card verification then when i was trying to make payment, it says payment cannot be completed (i have translated from Turkish) after 5-10 minutes, my account became limitation

What should i do to avoid this limitation.

I have searched on forum, but i couldnt find a topic like that

I didnt withdrawn, when i created account after that i tried to buy something on internet then boom limitation. I used turkish visa card that is my own card

Credit Card Proof--- Done
Password and Security Questions---Done
Adress Proof ---- Not resolved :)

maybe YOU used that credit card in other banned paypal accont YOU have. if yes dont use it and get anther credit card or open anther bank account...
