how many papyal accounts can I create on one computer? Do I make them all in different names? Please advise

As many as you like if no link occurs (linking via ip, cookies, etc)

That's very basic knowledge, I suggest you start reading these forums to find the answers to such questions.

You should get the eBay stealth very useful information.

Basically between each account you should change your ip address and different user account

Not to come across as rude but no way have you read much here as this question is all over this forum.

You need to spent a ton of time reading, making notes etc.

Read each section here and understand why we have sections.

Ebay tracking you will see that you need to create separate user accounts, keep track of your IP addresses etc.

If you had read the forum much this is a very, very basic thing on tons of post in several sections.

Also read the great thread by FirstEdition about newbies.
