200/20k limit Question For Paypal & Ebay

I have a question...To get get a Paypal Tax statement I have to hit both of these milestones...Do I have to hit the 200 Sold Limit and the 20k at the same time or does it automatically send you a statement if only one of these limits of 200 Items Sold or 20k. Please help

I have a question too.

Did you READ any of the numerous threads that explain this before you asked this.

It happens according to whatever way paypal wants it to happen.

For some it may be 200 items, for some it may be $20,000.

The most responsible reply is: get your paperwork in order to meet IRS requirements.
