Here's the scenario:

4 seller accounts, each with their own PP account. Only one of those PP accounts has a verified BA attached to it.

How do you safely withdraw funds from all 4 accounts, without the risk of being linked?

The only guarantee is to have your own bank account attached to each one. There are other ways to do transfers but it doesn't guarantee you won't get linked.

You could use a payment processor that accepts pa yp al like ccn ow or so. You are not able to get bank accounts to cover each?

Nope, only have access to one unfortunately. Im treading on pins and needles to keep it from being restricted.

Look up CCN ow (one word) and go from there - you can invoice yourself - 4.99%+0.50 fee though so...you will lose a bit more.

Do they share personal info with Paypal. Such as real name, BA #, etc.?

Heavens forbid, no.
real ID is needed to create an account with them

You have to check them out...
they dont like foo-foos ( be careful fo what products you sell)
Your 1st payment does not happen for 45 days (give or take).
They tend to be nasty like paypal & as inflexible for some people.
