every time a try to send a paypal payment, the want to verify i am the owner of the account by calling my contact number or me putting in my credit card number again
why do i keep on getting this?

Most likely IP. If your IP is always changing and you try to buy things outside of EB, they will lock you up every single time.

My ip always changes, but doesnt get blocked because of that. It has to be your using some vpn and not regular ip or could be your doing accounts wrong. Re-read the stealth guide and its really good to use seperate window accounts.
