PayPal pending withdrawl
 

ok guys..so here goes it...........i sold an item for 300 bux on ebay last week..shipped the item..marked as shipped. the funds were pending in my account up until earlier today. so as soon as they cleared i withdrew them to my canadian bank account. herein lies the problem..i received positive feedback from the buyer. thought everything was swell. today i get an ebay message from the buyer saying the item isnt working!! dont know how this is possible. she asked me if she could return the item...i said no returns on ebay! my withdrawl is now pending! bearing all these facts could she simply file a claim against me and the money will no longer go to my account...what is the best thing for me to do...please help yall!:amen::clap::hail:

She can still file a claim - no return policy of yours will not hold water. Best thing is to COMMUNICATE with the buyer and work things out. All the best and welcome to forums. Sorry for the rough news but it's the truth.

The withdrawal was always pending. It takes a few days til it says "complete"

I suggest taking the return. It's actually against ebay and paypal TOS to in any way overwrite or go around any policies they have. So whether or not you don't have a return policy, and item that doesn't work is considered not as described... because surely you didn't list it as broken!
