PAYPAL uk account getting it verified

I have 2 paypal uk stealth accounts not verified and 1 republic of ireland stealth verified . how ever am not sure about the correct process on verifying the uk paypal accounts . Would it be safe to use my own bank accounts to verify the uk stealth paypal accounts or do i need a vba. I just wanna be sure before i proceed with anything .
