Can't add email to paypal

I have an email address that I add to my paypal account only when I receive a payment and then after I remove it. Well after months of doing it this way, when i try to add this email address it gives my the standard, Sorry, can not complete this action at this time. If you came from another webpage try again, Blah, blah. It is only when I try to add this particular email address.

Yeah, no reason to do that. It's not like removing an email address will mean the customer can't dispute the transaction or something.
