paypal account limited, need help....
require me to provide each of the following:
1 contact information (phone number,email etc) for your supplier or suppliers.
2 valid photo ID :
drivering license
passport
i current have 5 dispute in my paypal account and i reckon this is the issue.
the item has all been shipped and cleared on custom, it's just a matter of time the customer receive the item.
i am selling vero dvds and obviously i could not provide contact information of suppliers. what do u guys suggest, have u met this before..
