Does PayPal track merchant website
 

Hello

I sell through my own website using PayPal. My PayPal account was limited after 7 years. Do you think PayPal track my website to check if i use new PayPal account and than block it?

I opened new PayPal on my mother name and her address, I used new ip, different internet connection and different computer. This account was also limited.

I suspect that PayPal team just go to my website and try to buy something using PayPal and using this way they know which account to block.

I do not sell anything illegal, I have read policy twice!

Don't wait a kind of miracle from this forum. Everybody repeats to you: your web-site has been blacklisted by GeyPal.
Setup 2CO and accept GeyPal payments - you can simply add 5% for the clients that are fond of GeyPal payments.
EBay stealth is a guide for the stratagy within eBay field.
But you have own traffic already and all you need is rejecting GeyPal system within your mind. Setup new strategy.

I have already Moneybookers set up, it works fine and it is cheaper than 2co. I will give PayPal manually as you suggest for people who really want it.
