Paypal payment is pending?

I am using one of my stealth accounts to drop ship a product from Walmart. Don't ask. The item I bought was 236 bucks and I had that in my Paypal balance, my orders Payment Status shows as Pending?

I was shipping to an unconfirmed address. If that changes anything..

But what gives?!

What gives is I rip off sellers on this forum and talk a pack of lies.
That's what gives.

Was this an eb sale? I don't like the unconfirmed address of the buyer - does it say pp not verified?

i have same experienced about paypal payment pending. usually the buyer transfer the fund from their bank account.
paypal said it take a few days to be available.
