2 Ebay accounts on 1 Paypal account?

Is it possible? Had a quick search on the forum and couldnt find the answer (Though no doubt its floating about somewhere)

I have 1 paypal account that has a couple of negs on it now. So its not doing well for my trading. I have another Ebay account, about 3 months old, thats not been used yet. Can I add that Ebay email address to my paypal account, and start selling on that using the same paypal account as my other Ebay name ?

You can use 2 ebays on one Paypal but not if one is suspended...or if one eventually gets suspended both will go down...
