PayPal question (How to get money back)

So i sent money directly to person. He was supposed to send me some items but never sent them. How big are chances for me to get my money back? This wasn't done through eBay

Rough to hear - first have you tried contacting him? Was he supposed to send something with tracking? You might still have some chance - how much time has passed since transaction?

1. Contact him. If he does not respond in 3 days file a claim.
2. You will get your money back if the seller does not ship the item back.

Yes, just open a dispute on pp. you will get your money back.
