Why you need VCC?

hi, if i buy a VCC from one of the members here, how do i then transfer my money to my account, do i then have to add a bank account, if so, what is the point of buying a VCC, in the first place, really apprenate your help. thanks

vcc removes sending limits in paypal. it also makes it where u can w/d more then 500 a month
