paypal debit card
 

i have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address in a 10 day old paypal account. i have $200 in there, which i need to withdraw. i want to get the paypal debit card and withdraw from ATM. how can i get the paypal debit card mailed to my real address?
i am thinking maybe going to the post office and ask for a address forward thing? so that any mail sent to my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address is forwarded to my real address. would this work? do you have any better ideas?

First you need to wait 60 days before you can apply for debit card. Second you should have used a variation of your address that would have still got there. You can try changing the paypal registration address like you moved, but it would probably be easier to start new paypal account, and then transfer the
$200 to it.

Yeah like sycore said unfortunately you have to wait 60 days for the card...do you have a bank account on there?
