eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - VCC to lift limit for 180 paypal

i have a 180 day old paypal that i need to withdraw over 1k.. but it has a limit of 500$ per month right now.. can i just add my own cc to the stealth just to lift limit? or would i need to purchase a vcc matching the name and info.
The pp is already verified.

- How did you verify the account? If it was verified by a credit card there shouldn't be a withdrawal limit.

It was verified by a VBA and the 180 days are up.. i just wanted to withdraw it all.. and for some reason i think i found a glitch. I just tried withdrawing 500 3 times and it went thru o.O it says limit is 500 so i can only do 500$ at a time.. but multiple times.
