Actually i am using unverified paypal account that has sending limit of $40,000.
I have listen to peoples that if someone send money to me and after some days he/she reverse that payment (charge back) with or without any reasion, then my paypal account will be limited, and the payal will send back his/her money..

Now the questions are that:

=> Is really my account will get limited, if he/she charge back?
=> If the person send me paypal gift then is he/she can reserve back (charge back his money)
=> How i know that the person send me the money as paypal gift, if he told me that i have send you money as paypal gift but in real he does not send me paypal gift, so how can i confirm that he send me paypal gift.

(Sorry for my bad english)

1. Depends on amount and transaction.
2. Yes - charge back his credit card or so.
3. How can he confirm? You receive an e-mail from pp saying you got money.

what country offers that sort of limit on an unverified paypal?

$40,000 would be the TOTAL amount of funds that can be sent thro' an unverified account.

There is a limit per transaction as to how much can be sent.:juggle:

And we are still waiting to hear what country the paypal is located?

Is this 'your' account or a friends?

How old is the account?

You can claim to have poor English and that's no problem.

But you have the above thread talking about the same account that is limited.
