Bad paypal customer service
 

My wife was selling used baby clothes on eBay to buy our child on the way some new clothes. My wife got one of those stupid ⊗⊗⊗⊗ e-mails from paypal, and of course she put in her account info:mad2:. WHO FALLS FOR THAT ANYMORE?!

Anyways they charged her card and they tried taking money from her bank but we stopped it in time. Here is what annoys me. I call the bank to cancel the card and bank account linked to her Paypal, fine it took like five minutes to resolve everything with the bank. Then I call eBay, which didn't take long like ten minutes.

Then I call Paypal! Horrible horrible time

"Those god damn stupid whore money sucking screwing everyone over ****heads!!!"

That was a good one lol.

I wouldn't mind having a rude rep as long as he does what i say :)

find ebay, are useless call centre from phillipines.
they just repeat everything you have told them back to you, and hardly ever help.

Feel like saying, look I know I am pretending to be a noob but I actually have more accounts than you have dealt with all day you mimimum wage butt plug.........

paypal, actually I find they are better.....particularly when they transfer to Ireland they are really nice and helpful...

Gently remind your wife to NOT touch emails from paypal unless you both check them. You yourself wondered who falls for a phishing email.

Chill out and make sure it never happens again.

What you might find very funny ( and useful) is that tomorrow or saturday, you will get a survey from paypal asking how well they handled their customer service....
Be sure you tell them the trouble that you went through and remember the reps name (it will be on the survey) :bounce:
