Paypal still holding payments

I have over 40 positive feedback and have been in good standing for 6 months, but paypal still puts 14-21 day holds on all my payments. How can I get them removed?

On their policies ebay/paypal states that for new sellers the 21 day payment holds will be removed after 25 successful transactions (transactions not feedbacks), 90 days of selling and more than $250 dollars in sales are all met. Where do you fit in this process right now?

You just have to keep selling. Paypal likes to ignore there rule nomatter what 99% of the time. Stop thinking about the holds and just sell as much as possible.
