New Paypal account, w/o SSN but buying only not selling.... is it possible?

hey is it possible for me to open a new paypal but for buying only on ebay? ill link it with a new bank account and just transfer money then use it only to buy not to sell. do you think they will eventually ask for SSN if im only buying on ebay? please help!!!

Doubtful. Your giving them business without gaining anything ( money wise). You'll be protected. I did this plenty of times, no issue. Just make sure it isn't a stealth account.

I don't see PayPal requiring an SSN on a buyer account unless you want to add a Debit Card to it. Then, they have to.

Buyers do not represent much of a risk to PayPal.

Yes, you can open an ebay just for buying. Paypal may ask for ssn after a while if you buy too much even for buying. I was asked this myself on a buyer legit account months ago for paypal and its bs, but paypal required it.
