 PayPal Stealth and Providing ID
I'm located in Canada.
I've made a stealth PayPal and stealth eBay account under a different IP, to a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, but a real address not too far from me. I was able to successfully add a bank account and credit card under the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and get verified. i was also able to purchase a number of low value "digital" items on eBay to build some feedback... I tests both bank account and credit card payment options.. both work fine..
i am planning to sell high value items on eBay (300-1000/each).
my question is, if and when PayPal asks for ID, I CAN provide them with photo ID or a utility bill or something (photoshop can go a long way).. however, knowing that this isn't a real person, they might still lock my account... in the event that they lock my account because they believe the person the account is registered to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗, do they go through the normal 180 business day procedure until you can get your money out? or are you completely SOL at that point and your PayPal balance is forfeited?
